For my 0.2 release, I have now made a rpm package with the notes and the desktop application file. What this rpm does now is install the documents to the /usr/share and makes a desktop icon where you can click and read the notes
I have some notes in the document but haven't finalized the notes just yet, there are still some issues with the icon for the desktop application part that still needs to be fixed, other then that it will be close to being complete for the 0.3 release
